For the matter covered here, the policy states: We've contracted with DHL as well as USPS to provide standard, expedited as well as priority shipping services. Transit times are generally 1- 7 business days after fulfillment unless there are unavoidable delays with the carrier. Express shipping with FedEx as well as USPS are also available for an additional fee. Your shipping preference can be selected at check out. Fulfillment Guarantee

This policy provides the following: We know that waiting for a package is pure agony so we give you our word that your order will be fulfilled as promptly as possible. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email by the third business day after your order is placed, please contact our Support team for additional assistance.

Freight/Shipping Forwarders

The rule for this matter is: We don't permit orders to be shipped to freight forwarders or, alternatively, shipping forwarding services. Any orders intended for these types of shipping will be canceled; a full refund will also be provided.
